• On-Site Development: We conduct leadership team development sessions at your organization or a nearby location, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.
• Experienced Consultants: Our team comprises professionals with extensive leadership experience across various sectors of education, bringing practical insights to the development process.
• Research-Based Methods: We incorporate findings from leading research, such as Bang and Midelfart's "Effective Leadership Teams" (2019) and Slinning's "The Leadership Team: From Me and Mine to We and Ours" (2017), to inform our practices.
Funding Opportunities
Various support schemes are available to facilitate leadership support for groups in kindergartens, schools, and other educational institutions. For instance, OU funds from KS can cover up to 70% of employer-related leadership development expenses.
