IMTEC's Board of Directors
Stiftelsen IMTEC is governed by a dedicated board responsible for ensuring the foundation's effective management.
The board comprises six members and employee representatives:
Jørn Skovsgaard – Chairperson
- - Former senior advisor at the Danish Ministry of Education and chair of OECD's Education 2030 initiative.
- - Currently serves as director and CEO of Counter Current Consult.
- Peter Ulholm – Vice Chairperson of the Board
- Director of LearnLab Denmark.
- Career dedicated to school development and educational change.
- Works on integrating technology in education based on pedagogy and learning research.
- Member of OECD's Group of National Experts on School Resources.
Sigrun K. Ertesvåg – Board Member
- - Professor of educational psychology and R&D leader at the National Center for Learning Environment and Behavioral Research at the University of Stavanger.
- - Professor II at the Department of Education at Volda University College.
- - Research focuses on implementing change processes and organizational development in kindergartens and schools.
Dagfinn Cock -Board Member
Dagfinn Cock is the Director of Upbringing and Education in Lillestrøm Municipality, responsible for kindergartens, schools, child welfare services, and other services for children and youth. He came to Lillestrøm after several years as the Director of Upbringing and Education in Lørenskog Municipality and has extensive experience with development work across the upbringing and education sector.
Vigdis Vikne - Employee Representative
Vigdis Vikne is the staff representative for the IMTEC Foundation on the board.
